He will be addressing three critical business concerns: Recession Management, Category Management and Profit-enhancing Opportunities in Vending at three seminars at the National Automatic Vending Association’s (NAMA) National Expo, announced NAMA Senior Director, Education and Trade Shows LyNae Schleyer, CMP, NCE.

Brad has spent over 25 years in the vending, office coffee service and foodservice industry. As  president of Bachtelle and Associates, a California-based national consulting and marketing research firm, he focuses on supporting manufacturers with product and program development in the vending, office coffee service and foodservice areas.

Brad will speak on Recession Management—Do’s and Don’ts for Difficult Times — when he addresses the General Session on Thursday morning. His message will include aggressive management techniques and unorthodox tactics to  help  protect what you have worked so hard to create, and maybe even help you come out stronger and more profitable. “Because of our declining economy, this topic is of vital concern to everyone,” said Schleyer.

Brad will also be presenting a seminar from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday on Category Management, where he will give tips on how to increase your machine sales through effective product merchandising, and from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, he will look at Profit Enhancing Opportunities in Vending.
