Birch-water beverage adds three flavours
Treo recently introduced three new flavours of its all-organic line of birch water infused fruit beverages: Raspberry Lemonade, Kiwi Watermelon and Orange Apricot.
The new varieties join original flavours Peach Mango, Coconut Pineapple, Strawberry and Blueberry.
Treo infuses hand-tapped birch water from birch trees in Vermont into a blend of organic juices, bold yet clean fruit flavours and natural sweeteners, with only one gram of sugar and 10 calories per serving, Treo said in a press release.
A natural sweetness enhancer, birch water provides naturally occurring micronutrients including minerals and electrolytes, the company said.
The beverages are USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, caffeine-free and a source of antioxidant vitamin C.
Treo was founded by Bob Golden, the son of one of Snapple's co-founders.
