Six months after Thunder Bay police charged four people in connection with the theft of snacks from an Old Dutch delivery truck, charges were dropped against three individuals.

Two men and a woman had their matters resolved when the Crown asked an Ontario Court judge to withdraw the charges. A fourth man had earlier pleaded guilty to various unrelated charges, including possession of stolen property.
