Sept. 30, 2014, Mississauga, Ont. – The Canadian Coffee and Tea Show provided a forum for those in the hot beverage industry, offering diverse exhibitors, barista competitions and seminars for those wanting to wring more out of the event.

The show, held Sept. 28 and 29 at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ont., is aimed at independent coffee and
tea retailers, restaurateurs, foodservice operators, chain operators, and
buyers. Its education sessions, which included coffee brewing and a tea sommelier program, were geared to new
entrepreneurs, independents and chain operators. It also features
the Canadian Barista Championship.

We at Canadian Vending noticed a couple of trends: high interest in tea, eco-friendly packaging and cold brew.
