Williston, SC – Crane Merchandising Systems is now accepting Android Pay, the new mobile payment system for Android phone users rolled out earlier this week.

For consumers, it is another way to pay conveniently with whatever they have in their pocket, Crane Merchandising Systems said in a news release. The company’s cashless division supports a seamless payment experience across cash, credit cards and mobile payments, and the addition of Android Pay allows another means for operators to attract consumers to vending and drive sales growth.

“Vending operators with Crane Cashless and NFC capable devices are ready to go with Android Pay both for their existing install base of machines with Crane Cashless and integrated cashless on new MEDIA machines,” said Alan Hollis, president of Crane Merchandising Systems. “This Android Pay announcement provides another great example of how our new technology can engage and educate consumers with over-the-air advertisements. We have already deployed thousands of screen ads letting consumers know that Android Pay is rolling out.”
