solid business basics, best practices and how-tos.
April 20, 2012, Chicago – Those new to the vending, coffee service and foodservice industry should be sure to attend the National Automatic Merchandising Association’s (NAMA) highly regarded “Vending/Coffee Service 101” education program at the OneShow. The session will be led by veteran operator Vic Pemberton and will focus on solid business basics, best practices and how-tos, ranging from route and warehouse management to sales, customer service and technology.
This free interactive and informative session will be offered from 8:30-10:30 a.m. on April 25, during the NAMA OneShow showcasing the hottest new technology, products, services and support materials in the industry. It will be held April 25-27 in Las Vegas at the Venetian/Sands Hotel.
According to Pemberton, “This session does two things, one, if you have questions, we have answers and ideas. If you are curious about what to do, you will get answers. Secondly, if you don’t understand your purpose, this is a great session for you. It’s not just a session on how-tos, but also the whys."
