Jan. 24, 2011 – Family Fun Companies is changing the graphics of its successful mid-size basketball game Rapper Ballin'. The game is now Half Court Hoops and has a very different look. Jim Chapman of Family Fun Companies said, "We decided to lighten up the graphics package on this game to give it a brighter look. We also decided to change the name. One of our designers came up with the half court theme and added the Chicago skyline."
Chapman said, "Our Rapper Ballin' has been a great hit for us as the game allows kids as young as six years old to make baskets. This brings in the younger set of kids and their mothers. Our customers also noticed that, having this mid-sized game in their lineup, their overall income rose as they saw even more of their customers being able to play basketball."
Half Court Hoops will be available at the upcoming Amusement Expo, March 1-3 in Las Vegas. Early orders are being taken; call your local distributor for more information. Game dimensions are 39-inches wide by 88 inches deep by 89-inches high. There is no additional cost to link the games.
