Their newest product is the Protein Mug Muffin, which is a mix that can be microwaved in an office facility and gives the desk bound a chance to eat a spoonable, warm breakfast in “under a minute.” The company touts their line of Mug Muffins as being GMO-free, dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free. Each package contains 12 grams of plant-based protein and 5 grams of fibre.
