China vending show to include new tech forums
Shanghai, China – The China International Self-service, Kiosk and Vending Show 2018, set for April 26-28 in Shanghai, will provide a forum for vending, coffee service and micro market related products and new technologies.
The international event will showcase new technologies, products and services from nearly 200 exhibitors, and help operators understand how to make the most of emerging trends and network with industry allies to grow their businesses.
The show, known as CVS, attracts many domestic and foreign mainstream exhibitors, organizer UBM Sinoexpo said in a news release.
Products to be on display include self-service terminals, vending systems, kiosks, currency identification systems, self-service printing equipment, mobile payment terminal equipment, smart card readers, coffee services, micro markets, and vending machine related accessories and services.
The event also will present new technologies and host technology communication forums, the release said.
A special element of this year’s show is “Retailing World,” a thematic exhibition designed for the retail industry. This pavilion will host five sectors: chain stores, retail design and equipment, self-service and devices, cleaning, and property management. Activities such as road shows for brands, matchmaking for exhibitors and buyers, international retailing forums, and the World Self-service Terminals Summit, will take place during the exhibition.
There are three other thematic pavilions running concurrently: hotel supplies, commercial space and leisure boating.
When it debuted in 2017, the event included more than 2,000 corporate participants from 120 countries and recorded 136,622 visits over four days. Attendees were from various industries including self-service/vending, boating, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, engineering, technology, importing/exporting, entertainment, agriculture and many others.
The China Vending and Self-Service Show runs from April 26 to 28 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
