NAMA offering coffee education at CTW
NAMA is offering a course to teach coffee and food-service vendors about the intricacies of this coffee at the Coffee, Tea and Water Show (CTW) 2018.
The brand new Essence of Coffee courses will be featured at CTW between November 12 to November 14 in New Orleans. The course promises to deliver content specifically tailored to help sales professionals, managers, route sales representatives and others who direct the growth of business, be at the cutting edge of today’s coffee experience.
This 4-module coffee education series will take attendees on a journey starting with the origin of coffee to roasting, blending and creating the finished product. Learn about the coffee service industry’s evolution and explore new ways of growing sales and enhancing the customer experience.
Coffee Concepts: Monday, November 12 2018, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Learn about the origins of coffee from its history through roasting, blending and the finished product.
It’s in the Cup: Tuesday, November 13 2018, 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Sample a variety of flavor profiles and blends then continue with an overview of brewing equipment and the experience offered to the customer. Register for Coffee Concepts and It’s in the Cup, being offered for the first time at CTW 2018.
