On Track Innovations and Apriva together have launched a user-friendly pre-integrated payment system for the unattended payments kiosk market.

On Track Innovations is a provider of near field communication and cashless payment systems. Apriva is a technology company that provides an adaptive platform for omnichannel payments and secure mobile communications.

OTI’s hardware and software combined with Apriva’s adaptive payment platform is intended to provide flexibility, promote ease of integration, and save money, development time and certification costs, the company said in a press release.

"The addition of pre-certified EMV processing to the OTI/Apriva Kiosk solution brings incredible value to both our current and future customers, said Shlomi Cohen, chief executive officer of OTI. “This timely and relevant solution is easy to install, even for kiosk solution providers with no previous cashless payment experience.”

Apriva's payment systems are built on a secure technology foundation that has been deployed by the U.S. Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense, the release said. They are compliant with the payment industry’s standards body, the PCI Security Standards Council.

“This partnership delivers an affordable, semi-integrated EMV solution for self-service markets,” said Scott Dowty, chief revenue officer at Apriva. “Kiosk retailers, micro-markets, vendors and other self-service merchants can increase their revenues by accepting more forms of cashless payments, easily integrated via Windows or Linux SDK, and reducing their PCI scope through end-to-end encryption (E2EE).”

The Interactive Self-Service OTIKiosk Payment system is available in the U.S. through Las Vegas-based distributor Unattended Card Payments Inc.
