Bazooka launches 3D-printed gummy candies
Bazooka Candy Brands’ innovative use of 3D-printing technology resulted in creating Match-Ems™ interlocking gummy candies.
Each fruit flavoured candy comes with a divot and a prong, allowing snackers to attach and mix different flavours together, like building blocks.
Nicole Rivera, senior director of marketing and innovation said the research and development behind the 3D process took 15 months to develop. In a press release, she added,“There will be a lot more 3D printer-made products from us across the portfolio in the future.” Douglas Yu of Confectionary News reports.| READ MORE
