Canadian dairy creates coconut-based yogurt
Maison Riviera, a recent winner of the Canadian Grand Prix New Product Awards, has started a line of coconut-based yogurts.
As plant-based foods are gaining popularity, the Canadian dairy manufacturer offering a range of fine cheeses, milk, creams, best-selling Petit Pot dairy products and Parfait desserts, continues its leadership position in the development of food trends, with the launch of its vegan alternative to classic yogurt.
The decadent, yet healthy and nutritious coconut milk-based Vegan Delight product line is available in three mouth-watering flavours: Pineapple and coconut, raspberry and blackcurrant, and mango and passion fruit.
Now on high-end and specialty grocery shelves, Vegan Delight is available in a 500 g tub (SRP $5.79) at locations throughout Ontario, British Columbia and western Canada.
