Danone launches three new yogurt lines
The better-for-you yogurt market is milking it for all its worth: As Chobani unveiled Gimmies, a yogurt brand aimed at children, Danone is aiming to supply adults, Ketogenic dieters and vegans with three different lines of yogurt.
Two Good is named for its low sugar content, as this line offers 2 grams of fat, and 2 grams of sugar in each 5.3 oz container. The Light & Fit line of Greek yogurt are sweetened with stevia. The company claimes that their patent pending slow straining batch process removes lactose from the milk, resulting in a thick yogurt that is still sweet. The line of yogurt comes in Mixed Berry, Strawberry & Blueberry, Peach and Vanilla.

For those who opt for a plant based diet, either for its "health halo" or for ethical reasons, Danone offers their Good Plants line of yogurt made with almond milk, chicory root fibre and fava bean protein. The yogurt is sweetened with stevia extract and cane sugar.
