Vegan jerky company, Noble Jerky makes meat-free, all Canadian snacks out of its manufacturing plant in Port Moody, B.C.
The vegetable protein-based snack comes in four varieties: Original (marinated in garlic and pepper); Teriyaki (garlic and ginger); Chipotle, and Sweet Barbecue.

The CEO, Claudio Urbani worked in his family’s salami industry, which was in itself three generations strong. However, he was concerned about the sustainability of the cured meat industry, and decided to launch a snack food that was GMO-free, and made in a clean fuel plant.

The jerky is made from Canadian ingredients and is distributed throughout Canada at retailers such as MEC, Amazon, Natural Food Pantry and Goodness Me.
