New Coke will be making a reappearance on shelves again: Only for a short time and with a limited number of cans, in a partnership with Netflix series, Stranger Things.

When New Coke first emerged in 1985, it barely lasted three months; the public panned it so thoroughly it was later referred to as one of the worst marketing strategies of the twentieth century, according to Don Keough, who was the president and chief operating officer of The Coca-Cola Company at the time. However, this time around, the Coca-Cola Company will release it for a short time as a deliberate choice.

Aside from prominent product placement, New Coke will be released on Thursday, May 23rd, as part of a package when shoppers buy two limited-edition Stranger Things Coca-Cola or Coke Zero Sugar 8 oz glass bottles online. The Coca-Cola Company states that the recipe will be identical to the original recipe from 1985, the year this season’s Stranger Things takes place in.

The decision to revoke “New Coke” was brought upon by nostalgia consumers had for the taste of “Coke Classic.” “The passion for original Coke was something that just flat caught us by surprise,” Don Keough, then president and chief operating officer of The Coca-Cola Company, stated during a televised press conference on July 11, 1985, announcing the return of classic Coke, according to the Coca-Cola Company website.
