TAC to educate at Canadian Coffee and Tea Show

August 23, 2016
By Tea Association of Canada

The Tea Association of Canada (TAC) will be back at The Canadian Coffee & Tea Show, taking place on Sept. 25 & 26, 2016 at The International Centre in Toronto. The Tea Association of Canada sees great value in utilizing The Canadian Coffee & Tea Show as a platform to communicate with core constituents.

At the show this year, the TAC will be involved in the show’s curriculum, educating operators on the finer points of serving the second most popular beverage on the planet. The Tea Association will also be exhibiting on the trade show floor and conducting their TEA SOMMELIER certification examination at the show.

Established in 1954 as the Canadian Tea Council with the founding members Sri Lanka and India, the council carried the role of promoting tea consumption to Canadians.

Today, as the Tea Association of Canada, we are a not-for-profit association representing the entire tea industry in Canada from the bush to the cup. We act on behalf of our members, consisting of producing countries, importers, packers, allied trade, retailers and tea sommeliers to promote the benefits of tea.
